De grèves générales sans effet en journées « d’action » qui n’agissent sur aucune cible digne de ce nom, les luttes semblent partout buter sur le cadre national – au Portugal, en Espagne, en Italie, en France, en Grèce. L’échelle nationale, qui fut longtemps l’échelle par excellence de l’action politique, que ce soit pour l’État ou pour les révolutionnaires – est devenue celle de l’impuissance. Impuissance qui se retourne contre elle-même en une rage nationaliste qui, partout, gagne du terrain.

Ever­y­thing is de­s­troy­ed by loud, ob­noxious ma­chine­ry or­chestra­ted by me­ga­lo­ma­ni­acs, ope­ra­ted by igno­rant peop­le who in the end have not­hing to claim for them­sel­ves but clin­ging on to their job.
Peop­le get­ting drag­ged away, get­ting bru­ta­li­zed, get­ting vio­la­ted.
